As most of you know we had a major medical emergency in March, when our grand-daughter Ashley had a 4 wheeler accident.

She is doing great.  She completed her sophomore year as a homebound student.  She did really well, and passed all of her classes...even Spanish!  It wasn't a really high grade like the rest of them, but at least she passed.

Today she turned 16.  She took her driving test and passed, so now she has a driving permit.  She has been driving trucks and tractors since she was about 9 or 10 here on the farm.  She got the permit and took the keys from her Mom and drove to Wal-Mart and then the 15 miles home.  I have a feeling her Pop or I will not be driving much anymore when she is with us.  I have no qualms about riding with her.

The whole accident ordeal could have been really bad, but thank the Lord, her guardian angel was on her shoulder when she wrecked that  4 wheeler.
