If some of the readers will be in the Fairview/Elkton Ky area this weekend, you would not want to miss this wonderful Consignment Auction. This is the biggest auction that the Amish in our area put on.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24TH
It is held at the Fairview Produce Auctin site in Fairview Ky. It has something for everyone. Farm Machinery, Tack, Buggies, Goats, Small animals, Poultry, Lawn & Garden items (mums, and some fall produce) Building Material, tools, Furniture, and Household items.
It starts at 9:00 am. It usually has about 6 auction rings going at once. It usually lasts the biggest part of the day, and has the most wonderful bakery items for sale. They serve Breakfast until about 9 and then start serving lunch; Grilled Chicken, the best homemade frenchfries.

Will this be held on Friday or Saturday? I would love to go if we can find time to get away. I'm thinking that this isn't too far from Murray Ky? I'm an hour from Murray.

Deb, I am sorry, I just forgot to put the date on the post. It is Saturday, and I think we are about an hour from Murray. I know we are 35-40 minutes from Barkley Lake
