My filling is even easier. Just add the instant French Vanilla Pudding mix (Large box) to a large container of Extra Creamy Cool Whip. Mix well and set aside until the puffs are done. Then after filling, melt chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet, or whatever your fancy) over a double boiler until very soft and/or creamy. Add a bit of cream or milk and wisk until until chocolate can be drizzled over the top of the puffs. (Can you tell I don't measure much?)

I checked this out,Tom and it looks identical to the recipe that I use. Mine is the one my mom gave me..the one she used when I was a kid, way back before dirt was formed!! The only difference is that she used cooked pudding. Thanks for sharing it!!
