Sour Dough

Has anyone made Lovina's sourdough from the newest book?  I made the bread and it was very wet, nearly batter.  Did I make a mistake or is this the result you got too?

Yep, I used just the amount the recipe called for.  I added enough flour to knead, but just wondered what your's had turned out like.  I'll have to try again  :)

Hi Paula!  I've made it several times and never had a "wet" result.  I'd ask the same question LM asked...  Did you only use a portion of the starter?

Paula, I made it a couple of times from the starter and didn't have a problem.  Did you just use a portion of the starter?  The bread itself had a little bit too much of a yeasty quality for me, but the cinnamon rolls were just fine!
