Re: Pumpkin Bread Practice....

Thank you, Luv and Kay, for your kind words.  I lost my dad last year and I thought that was rough, but nothing compares to losing your first sibling -- I am so devastated!  Donny was less than two years younger than me, and so he was pretty much my constant companion when we were kids.  He loved music and anything musical; he loved to play his bongo drums, tambourine, musical spoons, and he was great at it, too!  And he loved EVERYONE!!!  He was just a caring, compassionate, lovable "kid".  I know there is a special place in Heaven for sweet souls like him!  BTW, I made the pumpkin bread and it is delicious!  I added nutmeg and ginger to mine, in addition to the cinnamon Lovina called for.  I am real pleased with it and I know everyone's gonna love it tonight!  Thanks everyone for your support!  I don't know what I would have done without the outlet of this web site over these past couple of months when Donny was going downhill.  XOXO~Diann  PS. Here is Donny's Guest book...  there are a few pictures of him in the photo album that my youngest brother and I contributed.   http://www.legacy.com/dayton/GB/GuestbookView.aspx?PersonId=119698755
