HOMEMADE ROOT BEER

2 cups sugar (in a gallon jar)
4 teaspoons root beer extract
1/2 teaspoon of yeast

Fill jar with lukewarm water. Stir in root beer extract and1 /2 teaspoon of yeast. Seal jar with lid. Put in sun 3 or 4 hours, then in cool place overnight. Will be ready to drink the next day.
