RECIPE of the WEEK

FRUIT PIZZA

First Layer

3/4 cup of brown sugar 1 teaspoon of lemon flavoring
1/2 cup of melted margarine 1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg, beaten 1 1/4 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Mix and spread with knife on a 13X17 lightly greased pizza pan. Bake at 300-325 for about 20 minutes. After baking the crust, add the second and third layers.

Second Layer

8 ounces of Cool Whip
8 ounces of cream cheese
3/4 cup of powdered sugar

Mix together, spread on the first layer.

Third Layer

Put the following ingredients in a bowl:

1 unpeeled red apple, sliced
1 unpeeled yellow apple, sliced
1 can of pineapple, drained, save juice
1 cup of nuts
handful of red grapes, cut in half
handful of white grapes, cut in half

Take juice of pineapple and add 3/4 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of clear gelatin and 3/5 cup of sugar. Heat and bring to a boil. When cold, pour over fruit. Mix altogether and pour over second layer.
