RECIPE of the WEEK

WILTED LETTUCE

5 slices of bacon, diced and cooked crispy
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of water
1/4 cup of minced onions
1/2 teaspoons of salt
1/3 cup of vinegar
6 cups of lettuce

Combine egg, onion, sugar, salt, vinegar, and water. Add to bacon and drippings. Heat just until boiling, stirring constantly. Pour over lettuce leaf or torn pieces oflettuce and toss lightly. Serve at once.
