POT PIE SOUP

3 sliced potatoes
2 cups of flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 egg
water
Sausage or ham broth

Put egg in a cup. Fill half-way with water. Add flour. Mix as for a pie dough. Roll thin and cut in squares. Put sausage or ham broth in a kettle and bring to a boil. Drop in squares of the rolled out dough. Add three diced up potatoes to the broth. Cook on medium for about 10 minutes.
