SUNDAY SOUP

1 meaty beef soup bone
1 pound of noodles
2 diced stalks of celery
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper
4 large potatoes, chopped

Cook the beef bone with the onion and celery in 4 quarts of water until the meat is juicy and soft. Extract the meat from the broth and the bones. Set in a separate bowl. Add noodles and potatoes to the nice, boiling broth and cook until done. Put the set aside meat back into the mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
