5 pork chops

1 cup of bread crumbs

dash of pepper

salt to taste

1 egg, beaten

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup of boiling water

3 tablespoons of fat


Add seasonings to bread crumbs.   Beat egg and stir in milk.   Dip chops in liquid and coat in crumbs.   Brown chops in fat in skillet.   Place chops in a baking dish and add boiling water, enough to cover the bottom of the pan. Cover pan and bake at 400 for a

little less than an hour.
