Looking for Recipes

I have been lookig for a good recipe for Beef N Noodles and Sauage Gravy... Please help. I love the Amish dishes and cannot find a recipe that comes close to what they make. ine never turns out like theirs.

I got this recipe off the Amish Cook Column in my paper. Mothers Sausage Gravy
1 pound sausage---4 Tablespoons Flour---1 Quart milk---salt & pepper
Brown sausage in an iron skillet, pour off grease-Add the flour and brown lightly. Add milk and stir until smooth. bring to a boil and addmore milk until the desired consistency or thickness, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over biscuits.
