Could it have been The Amish: People of preservation?  I know dish network is a totally different company.  But, when we had sky angel they use to play this one on there.  If you have netflix you can acutally watch it from your computer.  I re-watched it last week when I seen they had it on there.  BTW, someone one here rec. Devil's playground.  I ordered through netflix received today.  It was a wonderfully done documentry.  It does break my heart though to see young ones stray away from what is right...guess that is the mom in me.  Back on subject...maybe this might be the one you seen.
