 Around here, there is mainly a lot of Casey's and BP/Ayerco gas stations.  Ayerco is good because it is one of the only ones open 24 hours, which comes in handy.  Casey's has the good Bacon Cheeseburger pizza I mentioned another time.  My husband enjoys Casey's doughnuts, and they have a decent slice of breakfast pizza in the am (hopefully you get lucky enough to get a fresh piece :P).

When you get into MO, you will start seeing Kum'n'Go gas stations (which as a HS traveling band student, we all thought were hilarious) and down by STL, there is a lot of Dirt Cheap stores.  Apparently, their commericals are very funny with a guy dressed up in a chicken costume going "Cheap, Cheap, Dirt Cheap!".  LOL
