So you two mention going to get groceries and DQ how do you know that the food supply is safe for consumption?  Will there be laten health issues after the water recedes, concerning food safety and or buildings that might become infested with mold?

And, you have mentioned a couple times about crossing bridges that are in high water, how do you know that they are safe to cross? Trusting the government's opinion?
