My in-laws live off of the 61 bypass and walked down and looked a week or so ago.  I am pretty sure that the water was up to the railroad tracks and more than likely, the junk yard too.  I am so ready for 61 to open back up so we don't have to keep taking the detour when we go to Kahoka to see my parents.
