"Aspire to inspire before you expire"

We drive a Trailblazer, which doesn't get too horrible gas milage but doesn't have any extra room with two adults and two car seats.  My husband would love to buy a Suburban/Tahoe/etc, but I have just had to put my foot down.  It is ludacris right now.  So either he will have to relent and get a minivan (sigh) or no more kids for the time being... unless we can strap a carseat to the roof!

 My mom and dad went to an auction last Sat to bid on a 90-something Ford Tempo for my dad to drive back and forth to work... he now drives an older Escort, but has put 160,000 miles on it and it is about to croak.  Anyways, the book value for this car in EXCELLENT condition was about $950.  This car had an oil leak, but it still went for $3200!  Crazy... but I suppose if you can get 30-some MPG, it would pay for itself pretty quick.
