"Aspire to inspire before you expire"

My grandma was known for her potato salad and deviled eggs, among other things.  And, like many grandmas, she wasn't one for a recipe card.  I have played around with it enough that I can get a very close version to hers.  I like the pickle relish in it.

I don't think I have ever had egg salad... I always figured it was like tuna salad, minus the tuna... and the eggs are my least favorite part of tuna salad.  To each their own!
