Re: Hurry, hurry
Sometimes we catch artificial urgency from the television, & sometimes, at work, either from a person, or from a plethera of tasks. When we let it take control, fragmentation of our time occurs, so we not only feel all at 6's & 7's, but also start to ineffectively tread water, rather than accomplishing one thing at a time. Good to take a step back to see things more clearly, so we can prioritize some, & let go of others----or at least put them off, in order to deal with just one thing at a time, rather than having them all come flying simultaneously. In order to focus on just one, you almost have to force yourself into a tunnel vision mode, so as not to be distracted/overwhelmed by the rest [& kids may well be part of the 'rest'].
