I don't like maple anything & I don't usually like syrup of any kind. But when I was a kid my mother would mix corn syrup with peanut butter to make it spread easier for sandwiches. We would sometimes have sorghum or molasses with our biscuits for breakfast.
Since I don't like syrup, I love the blueberry pancakes at the Dutch Kitchen - just add butter to them and they are so moist & flavorful! My favorite eat-out breakfast.
