Kevin, In this part of Kentucky it is known as US HWY 42 (that's what the road signs say), not sure why the number is different in other parts of the country but have heard it refered to as 127. Sorry for any confusion.  We have the Richwood Flea Market close to my house. That is like a big yard sale especially in the summer when anyone can 'rent' an outside space and sell what ever they have.  I do like to go there on a Saturday when I am not busy.  When my son was ROTC we bought many of his needed supplies there.   I have heard that close to you is Turtle Creek which may be close to what Luv is talking about.  Never been there before but I have a SIL who goes there about there once a month and finds really good deals there.
