Maple Glazed Pork Cops


Here is a great pork chop recipe I got from The Taste Of Home Cookbook and found it on their website.  It uses maple syrup.  We have had this several times.

The only thing different I did was I just kept them in the 13 x 9 pan and didn't mess up a broiler pan. Also make sure you spray your pan really well or it will be hard to clean.
