Peanut Brittle
I think I got the original recipe from an old Amish Cook column, but I lost all of my recipes when my house burned, (including my great-grandma's handwritten "recept book") Anyway, I can't remember the proportions, but I think it called for butter or margarine, corn syrup and peanuts, and was cooked in a small iron skillett. It was so easy, and the taste is heavenly. Does anyone have this recipe? I would love to have it again! Thanks.
